If a spot becomes available, the organization may contact me using the information provided. If I am unable to be reached or do not respond in a timely manner, the opportunity may be offered to another family.

Roster sizes are limited, and the organization reserves the right to manage team placements, limit participation, or close the waitlist in order to maintain safe player-to-coach ratios and proper program operations.

I understand that this waitlist applies only to the current season and does not carry over to future seasons.

Gun Barrel City Football Organization reserves the right to make final decisions regarding roster placement, participation, and waitlist movement at its sole discretion.
